David has had an incredible career, starting from clinical roots and blossoming into entrepreneurship. David’s passion for healthcare began decades ago when he graduated from Nassau Community College as a respiratory therapist. He cut his teeth caring for patients in the busy Northwell hospital system of Long Island New York, where he was affectionately known as the “go-to intubation RT”.

After years of helping patients to breathe on the wards, David ventured out as a solo entrepreneur. His operational oversight built a startup B2B chemical wholesaler, Interchem Laboratories, into a successful supplier to hospitals supporting 50+ employees with annual revenue exceeding $4M. David then transitioned to mergers & acquisitions with Generational Equity Group, helping other small business owners sell their companies for maximum profitability upon exit.

Later in life, David saw the immense demand in the healthcare marketplace so he decided to help those who help others. He founded Hiring Healthcare Heroes in order to be a trustworthy and transparent source of prosperous jobs for busy healthcare professionals.

In his spare time, David is a tennis enthusiast, a student of tai-chi, and he sings in the synagogue choir of South Florida’s Temple Beth Israel. However, he is happiest when he is riding horses through the New Mexican desert.
