Benny has had the pleasure of building clinical teams since 2011. He began hiring emergency medicine physicians throughout Appalachia for Hospital Physician Partners (now SCP Health), transforming rural communities through grassroots perm placement. Years later, Benny transitioned to nurse recruitment with HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, connecting nurses with acute care careers at HCA’s 180+ hospitals.

Benny continued recruiting nurses while pursuing his medical education and graduated with honors from Xavier University School of Medicine in 2023.
As an advocate for improving access to healthcare, Benny partners with a global medical charity, the Bicol Clinic Foundation, to aid patients who would otherwise go without care.

Last but not least, Benny is an avid dog lover, believing that dogs make us better humans.
